Our booking system is simple and convenient. During your stay, you are responsible for cleaning, as well as washing your towels and bed linens. A self-service laundry facility is available on-site 24/7.
Upon departure, a dedicated housekeeping team will ensure everything is ready for the next guests.
Our aparthotel is located across from the university campus, at the crossroads of major highways, and along public transportation routes and bike paths. The neighborhood is peaceful and walkable, with easy access to a variety of services, restaurants, bars, entertainment, and shopping centers.

All bookings are made through our fully automated system, with full payment required at the time of booking to guarantee your stay. We accept major credit and debit cards, and for security reasons, a two-step card validation will be carried out. This process includes an initial verification when entering your details, followed by a final confirmation before the booking is validated, to protect your data and prevent any fraud.
Cancellations must be made in accordance with the cancellation policy selected at the time of booking. For bookings made through online travel agencies such as Booking.com, Expedia, Hotels.com, Trivago, and others, the cancellation policy specified at the time of your reservation will prevail.
Check-in is available from 4:00 PM, and check-out must be completed before 11:00 AM. Our check-in system is fully autonomous, and access information will be sent to you by email before your arrival.
To ensure the security of your payments, our booking system applies a double validation process for credit cards. Any attempt at fraud, including reservations made with stolen cards, will be reported to the relevant authorities. We reserve the right to cancel any suspicious reservation.
We take the confidentiality of your personal information seriously. The data collected during the booking process is protected and will only be used for managing your stay. No banking data is stored after the transaction.
Any damage caused to the apartment or its equipment during your stay will be charged to the person holding the reservation. We disclaim any responsibility for valuables left in the apartments.
We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. The changes will take effect as soon as they are published on our website.
